pithy intro: i've affectionately dubbed this my 'speculation mix,' because we don't really know what goes on in cuddy's head, but i so do love trying to guess. song choices based around the fact that, while she loves her job dearly, and isn't unhappy, there's obviously something missing, and her life has got to be lonely at times. and so we have a mishmash of what is (maybe a little sad), what she might like (someone), and what could be (a child of her own (enter obligatory 'awww' here)). and in answer to your question, the first verse of iv is definitely about house. ^^

Do you have the Wilco song as an mp3 because I can never burn those mp4s. You remember the other songs I wanted, but couldn't do anything with.

No, I only have it as an m4a, I'm sorry. Thus far the only conversion software I've found, you either have to pay for, or it's only available for Windows computers. I thought I saw something about being able to change them using an upgraded version of Windows Media; you might want to take a look at that, see what it's about. I also found this (http://www.mp3-cd-converter.com/convert_mp3/convert_wmp_to_mp3.html) site, I don't know if it'll do any good. It's for converting wmps to mp3s, which is the inverse of what you want, but it also said something about converting mp3s to burnable files.

If all else fails, I could give you the album names for each of the artists and you could check the CDs out of the libarary or something... and depending on how much it costs to ship, I'd be happy to snail-mail a copy of the CDs/cover-art/etc., so you wouldn't have to burn them.

I'll keep punting around, see what I can find. Sorry about all this :(

I'm working on getting those uploaded asap - my computer's going through a bit of... well, purging at the moment, and because it's still packed to the gills with what apparently is useless crap, it can't multi-task. And therefore will have to wait until the 3,800+ items in the trash have been securely deleted.

This machine has a mind of its own, and that mind loaths me. Despite the fact that I feed it happy music, deny it homework and wallpaper it with Lisas. *shakes head* I think my machine needs therapy.
